Unlike traditional designs that use o-ring seals, our HVBDs feature the only hermetically sealed contact chamber on the market, guaranteeing 1500V isolation and durability at any altitude. The welded bellows actuator provides superior fatigue strength, extending the mechanical life of the device. Optional SPDT auxiliary contacts offer additional flexibility for system integration.
To improve installation and prevent accidental damage, the devices feature integrated compression limiters into the mounting holes, which increase the housing's crush strength and minimize the loosening of fasteners over time.
